Business Process Specialist The Business Process
Specialist will join the Business Innovation & AI Team, supporting process improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and enable scalable growth across the organization. This role will identify opportunities for optimization, document and analyze business processes, and help implement automation, AI, and other technology solutions. Working with tools such as Power Automate, Python, Claude, and GPT, the Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
In addition to the duties expected of a member of a digital transformation/business process improvement team, you will: Support the migration and adoption of AI-driven tools and digital workflows across the organization. Extract, clean, analyze and visualize large datasets using a variety of tools including Python & R. Create clear documentation, training materials, and visual process maps that make adoption intuitive and sustainable.
Monitor outcomes, measure results, and report progress to senior management to demonstrate impact and identify new opportunities. Stay curious and forward-thinking, sharing fresh insights that enhance our organization’s digital capability and keep innovation moving. This role is ideal for a current grad/emerging talent with a degree in a STEM-related field such as Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics or Computer Science.
Experience leading quantitative research projects in either an academic or professional environment. Strong proficiency in automation tools, Python scripting, and low-code platforms. Excellent collaboration and business partnering skills, with the ability to explain complex, technical concepts to non-subject matter experts.
Experience using various dashboard technologies,
including Power BI and Tableau, is considered an asset. Working at CLV Group means working in a supportive environment rooted in community and collaboration. The approximate salary range for this role will depend on what you bring to the table.
Final compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, education, professional designations, internal equity, and job-related requirements.
