This role is responsible for ensuring systems are secure, scalable, well-governed, and aligned with business processes to support effective collaboration and document lifecycle management. Administer and maintain collaboration and documentation platforms, including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and e-signature/document management solutions. ~ Configure and optimize workflows, permissions, schemas, and system settings to support cross-functional teams. ~ Manage user access, security, and permission models to ensure compliance and data protection. ~ Improve platform performance, usability, and long-term scalability. ~ Support documentation lifecycle management, ensuring content remains organized, traceable, and compliant. ~ Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement process improvements and platform enhancements. ~Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, DocuSign, and/or Adobe Sign. ~ Strong understanding of access controls, security, and permission management. ~
