Analyst in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management. Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis,



system analysis, and stakeholder management. Expertise in Agile delivery methodology, including user story creation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and in-sprint support.

Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional and system requirements. Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mapping, and business rules documentation. Strong knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system integration concepts.

Experience supporting UAT planning, test case reviews, defect triage, and production issue analysis. Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Experience working closely with Business, Development, Architecture, and QA teams to deliver solutions. Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project delivery tools.

Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, Investment Accounts, Client Onboarding, KYC, Trading, or Portfolio Management is preferred."
