Han Kook Meat Trading is located at North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC V5J 0G7 and 3514 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5R 5L7. We are currently looking for full time Butchers-retail or wholesale for the Burnaby location. If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail or mail.

Position: Butcher-retail or wholesale

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: CAD$23.69 per hour

Working Hours: 30- 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay, Extended medical insurance after 6 months of full time employment, Hot lunch at work

Job Duties

Cut, trim, bone meats to prepare standard cuts;

Prepare meat for special displays and orders;

Wrap and package prepared meats;

Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory;

Ensure meats are clean and stored in protected conditions;

Follow safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions;





Supervise and train meat cutters.

Job requirements

Completion of secondary school is required

1-2 years of on-the-job training is required

Completion of a college or other butchery training program is an asset

Language at work: English
