We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team. This position is located on-site in Hamilton, WA.
The Supply Chain
Specialist is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating replenishment activities, supporting floor-level material staging, tracking usage and traceability, resolving supply discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives related to specific commodity management and production support. This role requires strong organizational skills, ERP system proficiency, problem-solving ability, and collaboration across multiple departments to support safety, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency goals. Maintains accurate inventory records using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory tracking systems Collaborates with purchasing and suppliers to support timely replenishment and resolve material shortages Supports receiving and inspection activities for incoming inventory and tooling components Conducts inventory audits, cycle counts, reconciliations, and floor-level inventory assessments Maintains organization, labeling, storage compliance,
and workplace cleanliness Coordinate with production teams to prioritize urgent materials requests and production support requirements Supports freezer, controlled storage, or specialized inventory management requirements where applicable Assists in identifying opportunities for process improvements, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency enhancements Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and state/federal regulations Acts as liaison between supply chain, warehouse, production, engineering, and quality teams to facilitate material flow and operational readiness High school diploma or GED required Some forklift experience is required; Previous warehousing experience Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language Must possess comprehensive PC skills, including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Must be able to function in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.Secret Security Clearance (U.Associates Degree in Supply Chain Prior use with SAP Salary range for this role is between $30 - $42 an hour plus discretionary bonus, 401(k)
matching, vacation, and health benefits.
Employees can also receive additional pay for off shifts.
