Key responsibilities will include:

- Being capable of understanding regulatory rule sets in detail and their applicability to client's in-scope entities and clients
- Lead out on complex analysis of Client Data using excel
- Where applicable work with a more junior team of BAs to complete simple analysis tasks
- Analyze and dissect large data sets according to applicable rule requirements
- Design and create intelligent metrics and reports for multiple audiences
- Work with cross functional areas, a wide variety of business lines and often senior stakeholders to understand requirements and parameters for scoping
- Ensure a robust approach to delivery ensuring the control framework is adhered to and enhancing controls where gaps identified
- Be able to quickly grasp complex problems, complete accurate analysis and develop solutions e.g. design of formulas
- Robust influencing and stakeholder management skills facing off against multiple front office Trades, Sales and Business Managers.
- Drive regulatory compliance to fulfil obligations relating to applicable regulatory change

Key Skills Required

- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience. Must be an energetic self-starter / able to drive initiatives with minimal direction.
- Strong MS Excel capability, utilizing large data sets to identify, drive and implement projects.
- Good knowledge of Markets products and environments, and a working knowledge of current regulatory change requirements,



including compliance requirements and its implementation.
- Seasoned Business Analysist experience in complex situations (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms) working within Regulatory projects.
- Ability to navigate large / complex / diverse teams and projects
- Knowledge of front to back trade lifecycle

Key Skills Preferred

- Previous experience working in Regulatory Change programs, i.e. Brexit, LIBOR, FINRA 4210

Not looking for Tech BA (will not write technical requirements, specs, or coding)

- Needs to understand client data and work with large sets of data
- Must have strong excel
- Must have capital markets experience
- Looking for investment banking background (not retail banking)
- Must have Big 4 Background
- Must have some project management experience (primary work must be BA but they need to know how to manage a workstream/small project)
