Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. This role reports to the Sales Manager of the dealership. As a Product Advisor, you will act as consultant and will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Volvo brand.

Engage and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.



Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.

Success in this role comes from consistent effort, solid follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers. Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales is an asset Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week. Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust. Competitive compensation plan with commission and bonus opportunities.
