Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community-setting services. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Continuing Care Assistants in Training. In this role, you will undergo training that would help become a successful Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) and provide essential support to individuals requiring assistance with daily activities.

Each shift may be varied and could include helping with daily activities of living, personal care, respite for caregivers, recreation activities or meal preparation. Care takes place in home of the client.

The Successful Continuing Care Assistant In

Training Must Have Plans to successfully complete CCA Exam in four months Current CPR and First Aid Certification required. Genuine interest in providing care and support to individuals in need. Demonstrated commitment to client safety and building respectful relationships with clients and their families to fulfill their care requirements.
