The Care

Coordinator provides customer support by placing outbound calls pertaining to Sleep Apnea treatments and other respiratory services. As necessary, contacting referral sources, insurances and customers to obtain further information to update and complete the electronic patient file. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare’s safety and quality practices.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide resolutions. Create and update customer electronic files for Customer Management and scheduling systems. Maintain client confidence and protect Air Liquide Healthcare’s operations by keeping information confidential.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, referral sources, hospitals, funding agencies and internal customers. Respond to Sleep health customer service inquiries providing appropriate solutions.



Handle customer complaints; Responsible for getting insurance approvals for subscriptions, following up with customers on RePAP, ReSupply or sleep initiations.

Maintain knowledge of products, services and policies. Performs other Customer Service related activities as required.

High School Diploma

Background or experience in Customer Service/Medical Office preferred Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail applications and Microsoft applications Strong experience with data management Marketing and Sales skills are an asset Bilingual is an asset Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
