Start the next chapter of your career with us!
Make a meaningful difference in the financial lives of clients while building a career with room to grow. Join a collaborative team where you can deepen trusted relationships, expand your network and help clients move toward their goals with confidence.
One application. Two potential career paths.
Choose the path that fits your strengths and ambitions:
Help clients make informed decisions about investments, retirement and everyday banking. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, strengthen existing relationships and connect with clients referred by branch partners. This path may be a strong fit if you enjoy working as part of a branch team, developing business and delivering advice that supports clients over time.
Build and grow a financial planning practice by delivering personalized investment and financial planning advice to mass-affluent clients. You will cultivate long-term relationships, develop internal and external networks and meet clients in ways that support both their needs and your schedule. This path may be a strong fit if you bring an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy building a practice through trusted advice and relationships.
What will help you succeed:
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, investment sales or wealth management.
- Current mutual fund accreditation in good standing and alignment with applicable CIRO licensing requirements,
such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course.
- Completion of, or progress toward, the Institute of Financial Planning diploma leading to the F.Pl. designation.
- A client-first approach, strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals.
- Confidence in business development, networking and working toward goals.
Language requirement:
In addition to French, sufficient knowledge of English is required because the work involves regular interaction and collaboration with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as ongoing interaction with English-speaking clients and colleagues locally and elsewhere.
