The Cash Collections and Procedures Technician plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the Installation Services department. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring customer payments, applying administrative procedures, creating and managing purchase orders, and supporting the various stakeholders involved in the installation process.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and process payments related to installation projects.
- Review and process administrative documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Create, modify, and track purchase orders (POs).
- Process and validate invoices from installers and suppliers.
- Ensure files are complete and compliant before payment or project closure.
- Follow up on billing discrepancies, credits, and required adjustments.
- Collaborate with stores, installers, administrative teams, and external partners to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Respond to internal and external requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes.
- Generate reports, follow-ups, and analyses using available reporting and management tools.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and internal controls.

What We're Looking For
- College diploma (DEC) in Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in administration, accounting, accounts receivable, or payment processing.




- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required to support customers and partners across Canada.
