About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and dynamic Casino Floor Supervisor to oversee operations on the gaming floor in Kimberley . You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of casino games, maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment for guests, and leading a team of dealers and floor staff. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of casino operations and regulations, contributing to the property's reputation for exciting and fair gaming.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily casino floor operations, ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and internal policies.

- Manage and motivate a team of gaming staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Monitor gaming tables and customer activity to ensure fair play and identify any irregularities.

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving disputes promptly.

- Ensure the security of the gaming floor and casino assets,

Requirements
