If you have strong communication and de-escalation skills, this position is ideal for you. - Facilitate daily programming within established standards
- Administer assessments and initiate participant plans
- Provide community referrals and support as needed
- Write participant notes and occurrence reports promptly
- Conduct safety checks to meet security needs

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in social services or equivalent
- Experience with homelessness, mental health, and trauma
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights
- Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate Level C
