Your responsibilities will include processing cellular therapy products, managing cell manipulation procedures, and keeping meticulous records to ensure patient care excellence. The position involves direct work with biologically hazardous specimens in a cleanroom setting, demanding specialized training and compliance with strict regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Process cellular therapy products with precision
- Perform cell manipulation,
cryopreservation, and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health standards and regulations
- Maintain laboratory quality through validation and calibration
- Document all procedures accurately and meticulously
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (CSMLS)
- Current licensing in Manitoba (CMLTM)
- At least three years in cell therapy processing
- Ability to work in a GMP cleanroom environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
