Location: Carmichael, CA Schedule Options: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift We’re seeking a passionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive rehab environment in Carmichael, California . - Active California COTA license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Assist with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the care team
