Role Description

This is a part-time, Chairman role located in Canada. The Chairman will provide strategic leadership, establish long-term goals, and oversee the successful integration of acquired businesses into the WYN RYAN portfolio.

Responsibilities include guiding operational strategies, mentoring leadership teams, driving business growth,



and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision. The Chairman will also play a key role in building relationships with industry stakeholders, monitoring business performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's governance framework.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership, strategic decision-making, and corporate governance skills
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and operational management
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to foster partnerships
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of industry consolidation and growth strategies
- Proficiency in analyzing market dynamics and business trends
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing executive teams
- Background in leading organizations with $1M–$10M revenue is an asset
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
