- Définir la stratégie de réalisation : contenu, portée, ressources, délai, coûts, risques, gestion de la qualité, communication et formation
- Préparer et présenter les statuts d’avancement au comité de gestion




- Développer une compréhension élargie des risques et opportunités pour l’entreprise liés aux changements industriels proposés
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de « business cases », qu’ils soient liés à des projets de nature technique ou non
- Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie aérospatial, génie mécanique, génie industriel ou gestion des opérations (ou vous avez une expérience équivalente)
- Vous avez au moins 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un milieu manufacturier et dans l’implantation de projets industriels
- Vous démontrez des aptitudes en gestion de projet
- Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et ce, en français et en anglais

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking an Industrialization Project Manager to join our Pre-FAL Industrialization team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work within the Operational Excellence team You will be part of the PreFAL Industrialization team responsible for supporting ramp-ups and reducing costs for Pre-FAL Mirabel. The team organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Industrialization project manager will be to contribute to defining the A220 industrial strategy, to deploy improvement projects identified as critical as well as to support product development activities in order to identify and limit their impact on the manufacturing plan. - Define the execution strategy: scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management, communication, and training
- Plan activities and coordinate the work of assigned resources, act as an interface between stakeholders, manage client expectations as well as change requests
- Prepare and present progress updates to the management committee
- Develop a broad understanding of the risks and opportunities for the company related to proposed industrial changes
- Contribute to the development of business cases, whether related to technical or non-technical projects
- You hold a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or operations management (or equivalent experience)
- You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and in implementing industrial projects
- You demonstrate project management skills
- You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, in French and English
