About the Role

We are looking for an Electronics Assembly Team Lead to assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies while supervising a team of assemblers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of electronics assemblers to achieve production targets.
- Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and detailed schematics.
- Install, repair, sand, clean, and bond components using epoxy or hardener.
- Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow within the assembly cell.

Qualifications & Skills

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly notes.
- Excellent manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.




- Strong visual acuity for inspecting small components.
- Prior experience supervising or leading a small team is an asset.
- French language proficiency.
