Lead the safe and efficient operation of SAGD facilities as Chief Power Engineer with Greenfire Resources in northern Alberta. Focus on regulatory compliance, operational optimization, and team leadership. In this site-based rotational role, you will provide technical and operational leadership for the Hangingstone Expansion and Demo SAGD facilities.

You'll oversee compliance with safety codes and regulations while identifying opportunities for operational improvements. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will enhance productivity and foster a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with provincial safety regulations and standards
- Maintain operating records and documentation for plant governance
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager for consistent operating strategies




- Lead operational performance monitoring and incident investigations
- Support effective execution of maintenance planning and cross-team collaboration Requirements:
- Valid Alberta First Class or Second Class Power Engineer Certificate
- 10+ years in SAGD, thermal heavy oil, or equivalent
- Experience in operations leadership for at least 5 years
- Solid troubleshooting and decision-making skills
