- Collaborate to create an inclusive school atmosphere
- Encourage consistent school attendance and participation
- Act as a liaison between home and school
- Contribute to behavior management initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in child and youth care
- At least one year working with at-risk populations
- Understanding of Indigenous cultures and community engagement
- Class 5 BC Driver’s License is required
- Criminal Record Check to be maintained every five years
