Make an impact as a Child Development Counselor in the Bonnyville and Cold Lake Region with Northern Lights Public Schools. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the educational experience of students through direct support and strategic programming.

As part of the Student Support Services Team, you will work independently as well as collaboratively, helping students with social, behavioral, and academic challenges. Travel between various schools will be a key aspect of this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver support to students across designated regions
- Collaborate with Divisional teams under a Principal’s direction




- Facilitate individualized learning in classrooms
- Assist in programming for behavioral and social support
- Travel to multiple educational settings as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related areas preferred
- Experience working with youth in education settings (1-3 years)
- Effective problem-solving skills are essential
- Robust oral and written communication abilities
- A valid driver’s license is necessary
