As an Employment Program Coach, you will engage with participants to help them build confidence and readiness for the workforce.

Your role includes providing direct mentoring, overseeing hands-on opportunities with Ruth's Coffee, and fostering relationships throughout the community. Your support will be essential in empowering individuals as they navigate barriers to employment. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor participants in developing essential workplace skills
- Supervise community work experiences for effective training




- Coordinate logistics for Street Team activities and schedules
- Document participant progress accurately
- Foster a supportive and trauma-informed learning environment

Requirements:

- Proven experience working with individuals in need of employment support
- Background in coaching or mentoring
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- First Aid and de-escalation training, or readiness to obtain
