We’re Hiring: Chiropractic Assistant / Care Advocate

North Vancouver Chiropractic is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant / Care Advocate to join our growing pediatric, prenatal, and family-focused clinic.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming patients and creating an exceptional experience
- Managing phones, scheduling, and patient communication
- Checking patients in/out and processing payments
- Managing JANE and patient administrative information
- Performing trained Insight Scans
- Supporting Day 1, Day 2, and Progress Exam workflows
- Managing reminders, cancellations, follow-ups, and ICBC administration
- Supporting smooth clinic flow and explicit patient handoffs

We’re looking for someone who is professional, proactive, detail-oriented, coachable, tech-comfortable, and genuinely enjoys working with people and families.

Previous healthcare, chiropractic, front-desk, or customer-service experience is an asset. Training is provided.

Compensation: $20–$25/hour, based on experience.
