Your role will address the complex challenges facing municipal infrastructures. As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure Technical Group, you will navigate the complexities of asset management for municipal clients. Your leadership will guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver effective project outcomes. Strong communication and relationship skills are essential to succeed in this agile role. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of comprehensive asset management plans
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities
- Advise municipal staff on investment strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Engage with community stakeholders including Indigenous communities Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
- 8-10 years focused on municipal infrastructure
- Proven client relationship management skills
