Join Axis Therapy & Performance as an MVA and WSIB Claims Specialist, leading our Scarborough admin team. Shape the client experience while managing claims effectively across our seven clinic locations. In this full-time role, you will not only manage administrative responsibilities but also ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction at our Scarborough clinic.

You will play a crucial role in every MVA and WSIB claim process while maintaining the highest standards through your leadership and support. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client coordinators and manage admin schedules
- Handle escalated client issues and service recovery
- Set up and monitor MVA & WSIB claims across all clinics
- Coordinate and follow up on billing and unpaid accounts
- Maintain clear documentation of processes and responsibilities Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of clinic admin experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring qualities
- Exceptional organizations skills and attention to detail
- Confident in communicating with insurers and colleagues
- Knowledge of Jane App and claims management is beneficial Drive excellence in claims processing while enhancing staff performance in a supportive and growing clinic workplace.
