Reporting to the Team Leader, you will assess and settle Accident Benefit claims per the Insurance Act.
Your role includes interacting with claimants and evaluating treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation in an electronic claims system. You will apply your expertise to handle complex claims and provide essential analyses. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and settle accident benefit claims
- Process income replacement and attendant care claims
- Maintain accurate electronic file records
- Respond to claimant inquiries and documentation
- Review treatment plans for claimant rehabilitation
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in relevant field
- 2–3 years of claims handling experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor under pressure
