Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms,



balconies Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends Annual holiday parties & summer BBQ’s Extensive and ongoing training programs Customer service skills ~ Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc) ~ Realstar is committed to reflecting the diverse communities we serve.
