CLIENT ADVISOR, COMMERCIAL INSURANCE Your knowledge and experience in commercial insurance combined with your attention to detail and customer service focus are the keys to success in the role of Client Advisor, Commercial Insurance.

Status: Full-Time, Permanent Reviewing policies to identify coverage gaps, makes recommendations based on clients’ operations, exposures and need Producing pink cards and certificates of insurance, schedules, and claims reporting Maintaining appropriate and explicit documentation in agency management systems including policy details, activities and attachments, spreadsheets Assisting in negotiating renewal terms & developing growth Clearly understanding how their actions can positively or negatively affect relationship with our customers, carriers, and coworkers Participating in ongoing scheduled meetings with team to discuss accounts, renewals and day to day service needs and opportunities Participating in seminars, classes,



and webinars for skill and knowledge developments Committed to excellence in customer service and builds strong relationships with clients Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills 2+ years of related and progressive experience in the insurance industry with a strong working knowledge of commercial insurance products ~ CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards is considered an asset ~ Experience in an insurance brokerage ~ Experience with insurance document management software is an asset Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 CAD annually Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as a candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, location, and internal equity.
