In this role, you will manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, helping clients automate their billing and revenue operations. Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Responsibilities

- Lead client implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live




- Identify client use cases and tailor technical solutions accordingly
- Manage data migration, field mapping, and revenue recognition configurations
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Provide support during hypercare to ensure a smooth transition

Client Implementation Specialist – Billing/Revenue/Financial Software Qualifications

- 2+ years of customized billing/revenue/financial platform implementation experience required
- Experience with different billing models, revenue recognition, or deferred revenue required
- Experience with multiple customer-facing implementations (vs internal deployment) required
- Proficiency with MS Excel is required
- Ability to travel internationally required
