With rising popularity and increasing demand for our services, we are looking for a resilient and dynamic Client Management Analyst to help drive client success, growth, and engagement on our expanding team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the organization to analyze and enhance client success, growth, and engagement across our digital platforms.
The Client Management
Analyst will help manage a select portfolio of CEO.CA's clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong partnerships by identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. This role will support the streamlining of internal processes to maintain consistent client management and collaborate with the sales team to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue expansion. This is a full time, fixed term (from September 2026 to May 2027) providing parental-leave coverage, working from our Toronto, Ontario office (69 Yonge Street).
Client Portfolio
Management. Support the management of CEO.CA client portfolios, fostering strong client relationships, coordinating day-to-day account activities, and ensuring effective communication and milestone achievement.
Strategic Account
Planning. Support the development of tailored account strategies that align client goals with CEO.CA’s offerings and maximize long‑term client value. Provide operational support to the client management team, helping coordinate accounts, maintain workload visibility, and keep internal processes organized.
Reporting and Analysis. Manage client and financial trackers, prepare reports for executives on sales performance, client health, and engagement trends while identifying potential growth opportunities.
Provide insights to support sales process improvements, and the introduction of new products to clients and internal teams.
Training and Documentation. Develop and maintain training materials and process documentation, ensuring the team remains aligned and effective. 2+ years of professional experience in client success, account management, or a similar client‑facing role within a digital, SaaS, or tech‑focused environment, with experience managing an assigned portfolio or book of business. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Geology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience tracking client performance and key success metrics, interpreting data, and translating insights into actionable reports, presentations, and recommendations.
Experience with lead generation, sponsorship/ad sales, or competitor analysis to support client growth strategies is a plus. Strong ability to track client performance metrics, interpret financial/market data, and prepare actionable reports and presentations. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, meetings, and internal workflows effectively.
Experience or interest in capital markets, investor relations, fintech, mining, or investments is an asset.
Technical
Proficiency. Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and other digital tools; familiarity with data analysis software is a plus. CAD $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
