Partner Account Manager The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across an assigned book of ISV channel partners. The PAM will forecast revenue, analyze partner performance and leverage data-driven insights to identify margin optimization and upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV channel partners, ensuring satisfaction, retention and alignment with strategic business objectives.

Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of partner performance, revenue growth and sales pipeline opportunities. Create, review and analyze monthly financial reports, residual reports and performance dashboards. Collaborate with partners to develop business plans, establish goals and create and execute go‑to‑market initiatives.

Understand market and current pricing for payment processing solutions for each partner’s industry or their competitors to make pricing recommendations and create pricing proposals for their merchant base.



Assist with creating and managing and executing both a strategic and tactical sales plan to guide and achieve channel partners’ payment and SaaS revenue goals for current and recent books of business. Minimum of three (3) years as a Strategic Relationship Manager or Account Manager.

Excellent computer skills including advanced skills with Excel. Understanding of Credit Card Processing and Sales process. Ability to travel for account meetings and industry trade shows as needed.

Salary & Performance Incentives On‑Target Earnings (OTE) is projected to be between $100k and $120k CAD per year.
