This position focuses on helping mid-market to large enterprise clients successfully implement the BIS Safety platform. You will train clients, manage onboarding projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to support their unique operational needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients
- Deliver engaging training sessions virtually or in-person
- Build trusted relationships with client administrators and stakeholders
- Configure client environments including user setups
- Support data migration from previous systems

Requirements:

- 5+ years in Customer Success or Client Onboarding roles
- Experience with SaaS platforms and managing multiple projects
- Strong technical aptitude with new software tools
- Spanish or French language skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems or compliance software
