We are seeking a detail oriented, customer focused candidate with a mechanical aptitude and good interpersonal skills. Our order desk supports a network of existing, long term customers, so the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship is key to success in this position. Crossroads C&I; is a leading wholesale distributor of mechanical insulation products.

The Order

Desk staff is our first point of contact with our customers. A pleasant disposition and the ability to interact well with customers and coworkers is important for this position. This is a fast paced environment where you will interact with contractors, installers, suppliers and coworkers.





The successful candidate must have the ability to maintain professional behavior under pressure in person and on the telephone. Take orders from customers on the phone, e-mail and in person. Read, analyze, and interpret customer’s requests, directions and schedules.

Answer customers' technical and product related questions. Enter orders onto our computer system noting customers' requirements. Prepare quotes as needed under direction from our sales team.
