You will serve as the primary point of accountability for client-facing initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.

This role is open to professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including client success, account management, project management, customer experience, consulting, events, or operations.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Work Model: Hybrid – remote work with in-person meetings and events in the Ottawa area Purpose‑Driven Work: Contribute to initiatives that create meaningful impact while building transferable client leadership and delivery skills Client Success & Delivery Ownership Ensure a high‑quality, end‑to‑end client experience Project & Program Delivery Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of client initiatives from intake through completion Translate client goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and delivery standards Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, and events (virtual and in person) Deliver presentations and updates in both English and French Track progress and performance against objectives Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, engagement,
