This position focuses on assisting Indigenous clients in supportive housing with holistic care approaches. In this role, you will work irregular hours while assisting clients in their healing journey, focusing on their personal goals and self-sufficiency.
Your responsibilities will include group session facilitation, hands-on activities, and documentation preparation, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the community. A deep understanding of Indigenous culture and health practices is critical for effectively supporting clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in Journey Planning and goal achievement

Requirements:
