Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, Clinical Education, you will be pivotal in developing education programs for various clinical practice areas.
This position requires robust leadership, critical thinking, and management skills. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring that staff meet their competencies through targeted training and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create training sessions for staff education
- Implement orientation and education programs across units
- Facilitate preceptorship and mentorship development
- Review patient care standards and coordinate in-service programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and staff competencies
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC
- Minimum three years in clinical practice and one year in a leadership role
- Completion of an adult education course or equivalent
- Proven teaching and supervisory experience
- Valid BC Driver's license
