CLINICAL LEAD – CASE MANAGEMENT (57-26) Permanent Base office: Purpose of the Position: The Clinical Lead for Case Management plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive setting and inspiring a skilled team of clinicians to provide exceptional, personalized care. This role oversees This accomplished clinician provides direct supervision, mentorship, operational support, and guidance for the case management teams’ daily operations. Their efforts ensure that services maintain a consistently high quality.

In this dynamic role, the clinical lead develops and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders. The clinical lead works in partnership with the program manager and collaborates closely with the leadership team to uphold the mission, vision, and core values of CMHAMPS.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s level post-secondary degree in Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent degree or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW). A minimum of 2 years’ full‑time experience with mental health and substance use service provision Clinical consultation and supervision experience, including case conceptualization and documentation,



preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of current provincial mental health policy applicable to the position.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, the Internet, and data management software A willingness to serve clients within the communities of the District of Muskoka and Parry Sound Bilingual in English/French language considered an asset ~ Work schedule may include days/evenings/weekends and statutory holidays. 32.36 to $48.78 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefit plan and enrollment in a Registered Retirement plan with HOOPP where contributions start on date of hire.
