As part of the Community-Based Child and Youth Mental Health program, the Clinical Therapist will engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver clinical services.

This role requires a commitment to supporting youth with complex mental health issues in achieving better life outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop and initiate individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate individual, family,
and group therapy sessions
- Monitor clients' progress and modify treatment as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in mental health settings
- Registered with Ontario College as a Social Worker or Psychotherapist
- Excellent clinical assessment and planning skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
