Our client, a dynamic Contract Research Organization (CRO) serving the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee Phase II and III studies. Based in Kimberley , you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of clinical trial operations.

Oversee and coordinate activities of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)



and other site personnel. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and local regulations. Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and study sites to ensure smooth trial operations.

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical trial management, with a significant focus on Phase II/III studies . Proven ability to manage multiple complex clinical trials simultaneously. Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and GCP.
