Your role will focus on ensuring seamless workflow across two advanced DMG machining centers while creating innovative solutions to complex challenges in machining. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations of 6 and 9 station pallet pools
- Organize workflow to ensure machine uptime and efficiency
- Optimize and compile CNC programs for mill/turn processes
- Setup machines with tool selection and verifications
- Ensure documentation for inspections is managed properly Requirements:
- Post-secondary training in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in advanced CNC machining
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM and inspection processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
