Production Setup: Follow process sheets, blueprints, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors to complete production setup tasks. Read and interpret blueprints to set up CNC lathes and mills accurately. Upload CNC programs using Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas controls; Quality Assurance: Verify first-run parts meet specifications using various measuring tools. Assist operators with machine setup and part production.

Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.

Experience: 1 year or equivalent schooling of CNC setup and operation experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and adjusting Fanuc controls, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other measuring tools. Strong verbal skills to collaborate with machinists, supervisors, and managers.

Language Skills: Ability to read and understand written instructions in English and accurately complete simple logs and reports. Consistent attendance, adherence to company policies, and a dependable work ethic. Ability to stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled environment. Potential candidates must be able to work on the 2nd shift (4:30pm - 3:00am)



Monday-Thursday for the initial training period of 1 to 3 months.
