SyBridge Technologies is hiring CNC Operators to join our manufacturing team in order to produce high‑quality precision components for industry‑leading customers.

Competitive hourly wage: $20.00–$34.00 per hour, based on skills and experience Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekend shift overtime opportunities Pension plan after one year Stable, growing company with long‑term career opportunities As a CNC Operator at SyBridge Technologies, you will be responsible for operating CNC machining equipment to produce precision components while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Set up and operate CNC machining equipment in accordance with work instructions Load and unload materials and workpieces safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance and make offsets as required Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment Verify parts meet quality and dimensional requirements Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations High school diploma or equivalent ~2‑5 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) ~ Experience operating CNC mills ~ Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain‑controlled CNC machines is considered an asset ~ Strong understanding of machining practices and quality requirements ~ Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills ~ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality ~ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday Ability to climb stairs and work in a manufacturing environment Comfortable working around varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other manufacturing conditions Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other protective equipment as required SyBridge Technologies is redefining precision manufacturing through technology‑enabled design, prototyping, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
