- Execute ongoing risk assessments for patient care
- Implement de-escalation techniques for patient interaction
- Demonstrate physical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Contribute to a culture of quality improvement
- Work with RNs and professionals on patient assignments
Requirements:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Hold an RPN diploma and current B.C.L.S. Certificate
- Certification in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
- Knowledge and experience with psychiatric patient management
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
