Recovery

Action on delinquent Accounts, including contact with debtors, discussing repayment and guiding where necessary with a view to achieving recovery of the account. Maintaining account history on the internal collections system Determining whether customer files are actionable via legal remedies and preparing support for same Minimum requirement of a high school diploma ~ A college diploma in Paralegal Studies would be an asset ~ At least three (3)



years collections experience ~ Familiarity with standard collection industry software ~ Ability to adapt easily to custom built collection software ~ Helping you find what’s next is what we’re all about.
