About the Role

Our client is looking for a results-driven and client-focused Commercial Banking Manager to lead their team in Kimberley. This role is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional banking services. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing credit risk, and building strong, long-term relationships with businesses in the region. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
- Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients, structuring appropriate credit facilities.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on a range of banking products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.




- Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks and opportunities for cross-selling.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial banking or corporate relationship management.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and lending principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape in Kimberley is an advantage.
