Manage commercial construction projects through all phases, including pre-construction, execution, and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Coordinate with owners, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders Manage procurement, tendering, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Support project planning, risk management,



and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects ~ Experience working with a general contractor in an ICI environment ~ Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and project controls ~ Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple stakeholders ~ Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents ~ A collaborative, accountable, and hands-on approach to project delivery Commercial construction Institutional projects Office/retail Large-scale renovations or new builds Join an established Alberta contractor with a strong project portfolio Work on meaningful commercial construction projects Be part of a team that values quality, collaboration, and long-term relationships
