Role Description The Commercial HVAC Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for prospecting and qualifying commercial and industrial clients, conducting site visits, and developing solutions tailored to their HVAC service and installation needs. Day-to-day activities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, creating proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to build a strong pipeline.

The representative will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate scopes of work,



maintain ongoing customer relationships, and provide responsive support before and after the sale. The role also involves meeting sales targets, and staying current with HVAC technologies, safety standards, and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Strong sales skills, including Sales and Sales Prospecting, with a proven ability to generate and close commercial opportunities.
- Ability to deliver engaging Sales Presentations and communicate HVAC solutions clearly to decision-makers.
- Customer Service proficiency, with a focus on building long-term relationships and handling inquiries professionally.
- Experience providing Training or product/service education to clients or internal teams as needed.
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, services, and installation processes.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting facility walk-throughs, and collaborating with technicians and project managers.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills, with attention to detail in proposals and contracts.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Previous experience in HVAC, mechanical, or related technical sales is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
