COMMERCIAL INSURANCE CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER Lead a team of commercial insurance experts to increase sales and service excellence. In this role you will report to the Director, Commercial Insurance, and lead a team of dedicated commercial insurance professionals.

Deliver results on the business strategy, through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness to drive accountability and favourable outcomes Lead your team through the change management process to shape organizational understanding of proposed changes as required Develop a team business plan,
