Department Purpose/Function:



Ensure superior customer service for all equipment by running an efficient operation of mechanical services to our equipment in accordance with company quality standards, programs and procedures. Field service technician to carry out all floor cleaning equipment repairs and maintain an efficient preventative maintenance program required by the Corporation to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction. Onsite repairs of floor cleaning equipment.

Maintain a preventive maintenance program. Manage inventory of parts in the vehicle. Excellent technical skills/mechanically inclined. Small engine repair an asset. Knowledge of the cleaning industry an asset.

Effective planning and organizing skills.
