We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative to help originate, position, and execute commercial real estate opportunities across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario.

This is not a role where you will be handed a script and asked to simply make calls.

You will be expected to think strategically, identify opportunities, build relationships, understand assets, and move transactions from the first conversation through closing. In return, you will have direct access to leadership, active deal exposure, institutional-quality marketing resources, and the ability to build your own specialized commercial practice.

The Opportunity

As part of Billion Group, you will work across commercial brokerage, investment sales, leasing, and capital advisory assignments.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Develop relationships with property owners, investors, developers, tenants, and industry professionals
- Identify potential acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing opportunities
- Originate new business through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship development
- Assist in preparing valuations, proposals,



offering materials, and market strategies
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation, due diligence, and closing
- Build expertise and recognition within a defined market or asset class
- Work directly with senior leadership on active mandates and strategic assignments

Who We Are Looking For

You may already be working in commercial real estate,



or you may be a highly motivated real estate professional ready to transition into the commercial sector.

The right candidate will have:

- A current Ontario real estate registration in good standing with RECO
- A strong interest in commercial real estate, investment sales, and capital markets
- The confidence to initiate conversations and develop new relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- The discipline to consistently manage a business-development pipeline
- An analytical mindset and willingness to understand the financial side of transactions
- A qualified, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable approach

Previous commercial real estate experience is an asset, but ambition, discipline, and the ability to generate business are equally important.
